Q: Is there a fee to have my available rental listed on Rivertown Rentals?
A: No!  You get your property listed until it's rented (as long as it takes!).  We'll keep your info on file in case you need to list again in the future.

Q: Can I list a property for sale on this site?
A: No, properties listed here are only for-rent-by-owner.

Q: Is this site for only residential listings?
A: No, if you have a commercial property that is for-rent-by-owner, feel free to submit it also.

Q: What do I need to submit in order to have my property listed on Rivertown Rentals?
A: Several things.  First, write a brief description of all pertinent information about your rental.  You MUST include your name and phone number with submission so rentals can be verified, however your name will not be listed online, just the phone number or email address you would like to be contacted at.  Also, submission of 3 or more pictures would be great, but not required.

Q: What do I do when I've rented my property?
A: Please email us to let us know your property is no longer available and we'll remove it from this site!
